If you need to return your purchase to us, you have 14 days from your shipment receive date. Please contact the store directly to get a Return Authorization Number before shipping anything back. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be complete, unregistered, and in the original condition. Make sure you include any warranty cards, hang tags, and included accessories like power cables or trem arms. Any equipment returned with evidence of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
All shipping charges, both to and from, are paid for by the customer. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. If the item is determined to be defective, we will refund shipping charges equivalent to FedEx or UPS ground.
