This is a 1971 Martin D-35. The first thing to note about this guitar is that it has had two major repairs. First, the headstock was broken at some point, and had to be repaired. We don't know when it broke or who did the repair, but our in house tech examined it and feels that it was done well and should have no issues going forward. The second is that the bridge was shaved down and reglued at some point as well. This was likely down in lieu of performing a full neck reset. There is also a crack just along the bottom edge of the pickguard that has been cleated. Outside of these repairs, the guitar is actually cosmetically pretty nice, especially for a nearly 50 year old instrument. It has a few minor scratches here and there but no big chips or dings, etc. It's a nice loud, boomy guitar, as you'd expect. Comes with the original case.
